Who We Are
- Established in 1978, the Ridgefield Orchestra Foundation (ROF) is a 501(c)3 nonprofit foundation whose sole mission is to oversee and grow an endowment for the benefit of the Ridgefield Symphony Orchestra (RSO).
- The endowment’s assets are professionally managed with oversight from the ROF Board of Directors.
Why An Endowment Is Needed
- Ticket sales alone do not cover the cost of RSO concerts.
- The endowment’s income helps pay concert-related expenses and ensures the sustainability of a treasured cultural gem.
How Can I Help?
- Individual contribution to the endowment fund.
- Bequest in a Will.
- Gift of stock or securities.
- Name the ROF as a beneficiary of an IRA, life insurance policy or planned gift.
- Tribute gift to honor a relative, friend or community member.
